Default 1996 Dodge Ram 3500 v10 wont start

I have just purchased this truck and it is not firing and does not seem to be betting any pressure/fuel to the fuel rail. when I put a test light on the relays they are getting power but are not clicking? the guy said that he had just replaced the cam and crank sensor, but I do not know how truthful that is. Everything else on the truck works, ex power locks, windows, mirrors, radio, lights, seats etc. I really need this truck running. Any help and or guidance would be very much appreciated. I do not know where the crank and or cam sensors are or how to set? or test them. only other thing I know to do is to purchase a reman computer??

Did you drive it home? Or tow it?

Crank sensor should be on the back side of the engine, towards the passenger side. No idea where the cam sensor is on those, as they don't have a distributor.....

I towed it home. I will crawl under there and ensure that the crank sensor was replaced and with the correct one. I really just need to figure out if the computer is bad and replace it if it is then I can troubleshoot everything else. If the computer is bad shouldn't it still be getting pressure to the fuel rail? forgive me if that is a stupid ? as I am new to this.

Check for spark at one or more plugs. (careful with that, the DIS ignition packs a wallop, and if it bites ya, the results can be somewhat less than 'good'.....)

Also, check and see if the fuel pump primes when you just turn the key on. (should run for approx three seconds, and quit. then turn on again when you start cranking)

If you don't get EITHER of those..... Open the Power Distribution Center under the hood, right behind the battery, and swap the ASD relay, with the wiper relay, or something similar. See if that changes anything.

crank sensor on passenger side halfway back on the motor about level with the oil filter.
cam sensor is mounted to the timing chain cover and read notches in the sprocket.
Did it start before you bought it?

EDIT
of the 2 I would check crank sensor as engine wont work without it, this will cut ASD out also. and go with what hey you said as well. I would start with those and go from there, get a haynes manual or download the service manual >> https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...-gen-rams.html
It's a 01 manual and I'm not sure what is different in the ignition parts but give it a shot

EDIT the sensor is hard to spot I just looked on mine its under the motor mount on the passenger side. same spot I mentioned earlier, but you cant see it from the engine compartment.
