Wont shift after second gear Ideas?
96 dodge ram 1500 all stock.Problem: Shifts fine from 1st to 2nd, after 2nd Nothing no shift.
Does anyone have ideas on what to check or have had the problem before and has a solution
?

First, drop the pan, change the fluid and filter, clean out the governor pressure solenoid, and adjust the bands. See if that doesn't improve it's attitude. (provided you don't find anything truly interesting in the pan.....)
