Ok so i when i put my truck in 4hi, theres a realy fast high pitch grind and it wont engage. But 4 lo works like a charm. I checked the transfer case fluid and i noticed that its realy high, like when i took the plug out it started to come out a little. Not sure whats going on but it realy sucks that i only have 4lo when i need 4x4.

 

check the shifter adjustment if it locks in low it should lock in high.

 

i have the haynes manual and im reading how to adjust the linkage. but how do I know its wear its supposed to be?
