Default Need wiring help

Hey everyone. I have a 1999 Ram 1500 2WD, and replaced the dash last fall. Unfortunately, somewhere during the process 3 wires under the steering column got cut and I have yet to figure out what to reconnect them to. They are white, gray, and blue, and are wrapped together by themselves.

White is ground, gray comes directly from a terminal in the fuse box, and blue comes from another group of wrapped wires and into the cabin w/ the white & gray. There are red arrows in the picture for the wires, and they go to the red circle.

The problems resulting from this are 1) no high-beams, the lights actually turn off completely until low-beams are clicked back on, 2) the blue high-beam indicator bulb on the dash does not illuminate when they are clicked on, 3) the seatbelt not connected indicator light is always on, and 4) after 30 minutes of driving, the seatbelt locks up as if you just slammed on the brakes, until the truck is turned off and back on.

TIA

-Mike

These wires come through the firewall just above and left of where the steering column base is behind the kick panel.

It doesn't help that I don't understand the wiring diagrams.

Bueller?
