6qts in a trans fluid change?

Also forgot to add I also got rid of the check valve so the pan was draining for a while. Also installed a drain plug.

I still need to do get rid of the check valve...

I actually timed 15seconds between moving the shifter and definitely checked in Neutral every time. I did use CarQuest ATF+4 though, I thought I saw a post saying Mopar approved it along with a bunch of other brands

For a fluid to be able to use the name ATF4, it has to meet Mopars specifications. So it doesn't really matter what brand you get as long as it says ATF4 on it.
