Default getting complete exhaust, need your 2 cents

sup guys
so i got some money laying around free to use and i have decided to do a complete exhaust on my 5.9. I was thinking of something like this:

3" Pacesetters LTs>3" e-cut outs>3" Pacesetter Y-pips>3" High flow cat(only one)> 2x 2-1/2 Flowmaster super 44s (cat back dual)>dumped before axle.
OR
3" High flow cat>single 3" in/out flowmaster super 44>dumped before axle (3" ALL the way)

which one would be best for performance and sound? (with out having to use the cut outs) cut outs would be used in race or just to grab the man's attention

i have 2.25 to i beleive i know the inlet to my muffler is a tad bigger than the outlet so id say 2.5 back to 2.25 no problems are trucks runs the best at 2.25 and 2.5 but if you want to go 3 i dont think it would hurt. as for the emission good idea keeping the cat.. lol and since you have emissions how did you manage to keep the cutouts?? i know somone had to remove theirs due to emissions!

I'm runnin Edelbrock performer shorty headers... True dual 2.25 pipe from the headers back with a Borla Turbo XL dual in/out muffler. ANd it has an AWESOME deep rumble.. but its keeps the noise down when i'm not on the throttle

Let's see it was 65 for new crossover pipes and to remove the cat, 100 for the y and tailpipes, then 100 for tips. Them 5" tips are pricey lol. Believe it or not mine is quiet when I'm cruising.
