Default symptoms of a bad torque converter

Ok so I got a hint to check my torque converter..

It makes sence, cause it doesn't shift right, then it lost 5th( which is just 4th with thw tc locked up)

Anyone hve any input on what else to look at.

Keep in mind, the tranny had water, then flushed with the wrong fluid...

I don't know how much water. Just enough to turn to milk shake. but it was there for almost 4 days.
