Unhappy Best Cleaner?

So...don't stone me... obviously I've been away from this forum for some time. And that also means I have been ignoring my truck!

My truck has been sitting so long I got mold on the paint, cracks, between the bug shield and hood and etc...what is the best cleaner to use that will easily destroy and not lose the paint gloss where the mold been sitting?

Thoughts?

Just wash it and give it a good wax job.

Use dawn dish soap, put it right on the wash cloth. Once you have it all rinsed off and dried wax it immediately. Then just give it a good wash every 2 weeks with a good car wash detergent. I like Meguiars Ultimate wash and wax.

Don't use dish soap for every wash because it will strip off wax and eventually eat through clear coat. But its great to get it real clean before you wax it.

Repeated use of any dish soap (with out waxing afterward) will strip off wax and eventually eat through clear coat. That's been known for a while by professional detailers. Using dish soap right before you wax, will not harm a thing.
