Default Fog lamps not working

99 Ram 1500 4x4 5.9l

Title says it all....They don't work, but im stumped as to why.

Bulbs do not physically look burned out (Filament is intact)
Fuse is good, but tried with new fuse for ****s and giggles
Relay i good, Swapped with identical horn relay to test
Switch is good (I think), as the lights, Highbeams, etc all work fine..

Only thing I haven't tried is new bulbs...but like I said, the bulbs both look fine.

Any ideas guys?

Thanks.

When you pull out the switch to turn the fog lights on does the fog light symbol light up? If not then your switch is bad or your high beams are on. I had to replace mine not to long ago. Everything worked like it was supposed to except the fog lights. They are like $60 at the auto parts store and easy to change.
