What's "heavy duty" about it? I have to side with Hey You...get a mega viper.

Different bands and such. Built for performance and towing. I don't know a lot about tranny, but seems similar to what that vipers upgrades are.

More than a few shops claim "HD" parts and half-a$$ it. There is an infamous multi-thread transmission saga by a previous member known as "Neon" where the shop he took it to claimed they installed HD parts, he paid a boat load of money for it (if memory serves, $4k or some atrocious number), and when he finally got the build sheet, learned he had been screwed over. They never did get it running right, ended up having to install another new, closer to stock transmission later after running around with the shop a dozen times and finally having to involve a lawyer.

Get a build sheet up front, and get a good warranty on that tranny from the shop. Get it all in writing before giving them any money or handing over the key.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Especially so you don't know much about tranny's. I'm not saying that as an insult, so please don't take it that way.
