Is it possible for a ECM to take up to 2 weeks to relearn the vehicles loops. It's taken that long on mine and it started after I changed the old battery. The iddle is taking 1-2 mins. before it settles down. IAC motor is new.

 

It take usually 100 miles to relearn. If you drive 100 miles in 2 weeks, then yeah.
