Right there with you on that one spare lol. I sometimes wish i had went to 2500 axles with 4.10's and waited till i got the boot for larger tires to regear but oh well. I'm gonna run 37's but im pretty careful offroad so I'll make do.

Looks good....i am hoping i wont snap my 1/2 ton axles first time i go out with the new lockers and motor....

Don't our trucks have a Dana 60 in the rear stock? I know this swap was the front but someone asked about swapping the rear to match the front

Half ton trucks have D44 in front, and a corporate 9.25 in the rear.

3/4 and 1 ton trucks are D60 front, and 60, 70 or 80 rear, depending on engine/transmission.

Default the rear end

I have a Dana 70 for the rear end. Started on this today. Picked up some leaf spring pads and plates from Ruffstuff. Torching the stock spring pads off in the morning...
