2 hours of AC water drip?
Take a look at how much frost is building up on the lines from the dryer to the evaporator (inside the truck). If the ice is getting thick, it might also be building up on the evaporator and taking longer to melt down after shutting down. If your blower is clogged or slow that would also be a cause.
Do you run with A/C in the MAX position? That would allow less outside air into the vents and reduce chances of icing up. South Carolina is very humid at times as you know and that could be the source of the icing.
Try changing to vent position (no A/C) for a minute to give the ice a chance to melt before coming to a stop and shutting the truck off. That will allow the drip to occur on the road and not in your garage/driveway.
