Death wobble
Need to find someone that is creative. Most manufacturers use pretty much the same size lugs..... If the parts guy has them laying loose somewhere, have a look, find something in the right thread size, with the right size shoulder where it presses into the flange..... Gotta be something out there that uses longer ones.
All that is required to have full strength of the stud and nut is to have the same amount threaded as the diameter of the stud. If you have 9/16 studs,all you need is 9/16 of usable thread.
