forget about the 3.9 and the 2wd 318, they are too weak and you need both front and rear diffs, the 3/4 ton diffs will be stronger and better suited to 35's.....gear ratio....well I've done it all, driven 35's on 3.21, great highway revs but extremely taxing on the little 318 around town, then switched in some 1 ton diffs 4.10 ratio....killed the highway revs (it was a 727 trans, no o/d) but fixed the lower rpm stuff, my suggestion, grab the 3/4 ton gear and 4.10's as you have o/d......you will burn a little more gas, but you will be closer to the stock ratio the truck was built with so the rest of your drivetrain will be happier.

No offense, but periods and other punctuation marks are your friends. People will be more willing to help if they can read your post.

Not trying to be mean, just giving it to you straight.

Yes you'll need 8 lug rims. Get the whole truck , you'll need the driveshafts, leaf springs and other various parts. It's not just a straight up swap.
