Default HELP Rough Idle & Hesitation HELP

I just got a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 5.2L V8 and everything has been great with it till today. I just gave the truck a tune up, Spark Plugs and Wires, Distributor Cap, Rotor, Camshaft position Sensor (Halls Effect Sensor), Transmission Gasket Filter and fluid, oil gasket filter and oil change and everything was running great. Today I tighened up the steering box to get rid of the play in the steering wheel and when I went to test drive it to see if I had fixed that problem I noticed my idle was rough and the truck started to hesitate when I gave it gas. When I rev the motor up in neutral or park it sounds fine, but in drive and reverse it has this problem. Any Ideas on what this could be?

Crossed plug wires, or, firing order wrong. Also could be plugs the engine doesn't like, what did you put in there?

I put in champion copper spark plugs. I did the tune up 5 days ago, could they start showing problems that long after I put them in?
