Randy's is a great site. Try PORC too, I think they are in Georgia. Yukon is a great brand made by Richmond gears. I think the folks at Yukon shot-peen the Richmond gearsets to make little dimples in them that supposedly help it hold on to the gear fluid and run a bit quieter.

The most important thing is not so much who made the gears, as who installs them.

Steer clear of 4wheelparts and any of their lackeys, they ruined a set of Yukons on my truck and told me that all aftermarket gears whine and that I should be fine with it. Find a shop that does gear and axle work, even tranny shops can be good. Ask local truckers if nothing else.

I would say I would get worse mileage on the highway because my rpms are a bit higher than before on the interstate. Well see though.
