I am gonna drop the pan and see if it makes a difference

 

Pick up assembly would be my first guess. If it's not that, then you may be pulling the engine and checking clearances...

 

I really hope its the the main bearings the weird thing is it waits till 200 degreese then light comes on and pressure starts dropping longer its on more it drops then goes strait to zero

Main bearings really aren't that bad to change... probably wouldn't hurt to check them while you are in there for the pump. Plastigage is your friend.

 

I'm pretty mechanicly inclined and have worked in a couple shops and one dealership but IV only compleatly rebuilt bottom up 1 motor so exp. Lacks lol I like simple stuff do t we all nothing is simple fix on this truck also this is kinda off topic and not important now but I wanna put 3" lift springs in front and I was thinking about finding a shock from a different truck that was 3" longer so I could pay the cheaper price for the two at the parts store. Which would help me with this or where can I get 3 inch larger shocks cheap
