Yes I know it kinda on the small side but with the 1.7s it will make and improvement plus it was FREE so i couldnt pass it up.

you cant run 1.7's with a cam on a 5.2, not enough valve to piston clearance. putting those 1.7's on with that cam, and you will kiss your valves goodbye, possibly your pistons too. thats why im planning a 360 swap in my truck so i can run a cam, and eventually a set of 1.7's too.

ive done plenty of research, look up a few of my threads regarding cam usage, its all in there.

My pistons are butterfly cut for clearance the owner b4 me i guess had a larger cam in it

IM NOT SURE I LIKE THIS CAM WHAT IS THE BEST LITTLE CAM IN YOUR OPINION.i HAVE ANOTHER 2000 5.2 JUST WANT SOME PICK UP DONT KNOW IF I WANT TO PUT A CAM IN IT OR JUST SLAP 1.7RR ON IT AND CALL IT GOOD
