Default shaking and sounds like something is loose.

I have a 98 dodge ram 1500 4x4 that i just bought about two months ago and when you are driving and hit a bump it shakes a little and sounds like something is loose. Its even worse when you get on the highway and hit 70. I have changed the tierod ends and bars, changed the shocks, had the tires balanced, moved the tire around to see if its the ball joints and they dont move. Please help.....
