Default Sound from behind dash.

This doesn't all that often, but I've noticed it at least 5 times in the last month and a half. When I first start my truck there is a slight wine from behind the dash somewhere. It sounds like something electronic. Not the engine. The "wine" slightly sounds like a car trying to start, but more electronic as a said. Any ideas. Sorry for the bad description. I'll try to remember to keep my camera recording every time i start it so i might be able to catch it on video.

Fuel pump whines for about 1.8 sec on start up, but will not whine after the second key on as the system has pressure.

The only other thing I could think of is the purge valve solenoid from high gas pressure due to summer heat. The solenoid itself usually only clicks, but escaping gas could make an odd sound.

May also be the iac valve being driven in to or out of it's bore.

Thanks for the input. I know it's not the fuel pump, I know what it sounds like. The other two I'm not sure about, I look them up. Actually, I should have waited to post this until I had a video. It was just on my mind so I posted it. Like I said Ill keep my camera with me hopefully I'll catch it on tape.
