1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.9

1) Loose steering, a lot of play in the steering. I have replaced the steering gear, tie rods, pitman arm. I have a bad Track bar which I know about and have to replace again. The steering has always been loose on the Ram.

2) OEM ball joints or after market ball joints? I do not go off road very much and when I do, it's nothing major.

3) Pulsating breaks, I have brand new breaks all the way around (drums, wheel cyl, drum rebuild, rotors, pads) and yet I am still getting this pulsating on breaking. Where should I check next?

 

for the steering grab your steering shaft and try and move it up and down. If it has play search "Rock Solid Ram Steering" for your fix.

For the brakes check your hubs, also check your caliphers.
