MSD ignition
360 .060? never seen that on a piston, but probably that 360 has been bored .060 over and that designation is to let you know that the piston is .060 larger than the stock piston.
That also means there's probably not a rebuild in that engine's future.

Ok I just want to show you guys something.
Some people say that msd boxes do nothing and some say they work. I went on vacation in July of this year On the way down we pasted Dennis Andersons house and on the way back we stoped. I was looking at one of his monster trucks and guess what I found in it on the pass side floor board. A msd 6al box.

Plus, if you have a MSD box and MSD distributor on a carb engine, you can advance the timing about 30-50 degrees and the MSD really works well when running fuel other than pump gas.
I guarantee that you don't see any faster times in the 1/4 with the MSD box than without.
Unless you have a lot done, don't get a MSD box. That should be one of the last things you do. but if you can get the MSD box AND COIL for 150 or less. Then buy it. However, i would not pay more than 100 for the box, wires cap and rotor. Also, make sure that the cap and rotor are for a magnum engine.
