changing the oil in my 97 ram with a 5.9 any oil sugestion

I just use the Advance store brand 10w30..... but, I am a tightwad.

i use the stuff that is on sale. my oil changes usually cost about $18.

conventional 10w-30/40, any brand will do, and i highly reccomend against any additives! oil change intervals are key, not expensive brand name lubes
