Weird Brake Problem
I suspect linings were not adjusted out to be close to drum diameter. This would allow piston to exceed normal travel distance in piston. Something is not installed correctly. This is not a normalt type of failure.
I hope I am not jinxing myself, but it works! Turns out when I changed the brakes I put the adjuster in BACKWARDS! That made it where the shoes would extend too far thus causing the cylinder to open too far and blow. Replaced cylinder, put adjuster in correct way, bled brakes and now all is well.
Thanks to everyone for thier tips and advice!!!!

Damn this reply took forever. Sorry ya'll, I just couldn't ever log back in.
Anyhow the problem turned out to be the drums (after the cylinder replacement)
All I had to do was extend the pads far out so they touched the drum at the correct length and no more blow ups. Works great! I have since replaced the drums and it still works fine.
Thanks again for all the help ya'll!
