When I'm driving down the road I can hear a real suttle banging. Very minor like taping sound. Steady. But very minor. I also have a thumping that can be felt in the stearing wheel. I replaced the ball joints about a month ago now. The right wheel bearing and drag link. All were bad on my vehicle inspection. The vehicle passed after that. Any ideas?

 

Possible bad universal.
Jack up the front and have someone turn the steering slowly from lock to lock while you are turning the tire by hand.
If the tire binds or stops its probably the uni.
