Default Engine light has me stumped!!!

I bought this truck in mid march, 2 months later the engine light comes on code p0442, i go to autozone and they scanned it for free, told me i should get a new gas cap, bought it and they cleared the code, next day the light comes back on, i have them scan it again and its the same code, p0442 small evap leak. they said the check the gas filler neck, so i did and it looks fine. i also looked at my evap canister and lines and i did not see any cracks, does anyone know a common evap line that goes bad on this truck?

also how much would a shop charge me for a smoke test?

thanks

its usually either -
the ends of the hoses at the purge solenoid. under the hood, passenger side fenderwell, (might vary by year). several hoses attach there.

the hoses at the canister. under the truck, passenger side. several of them.

i've not been able to solve mine yet either. here's some good info.
