It's more dependent upon how much torque your zip gun will produce than how many cfm @ ft/lbs per cubic inch displacement the air compressor produces.

When all else fails, use the tool of choice:

Mine came loose after the first pop from the impact, it should do it, give it a try at least, because it will save you quite a bit of time and headache
