Remove the distributor cap and then remove the Camshaft Sensor (CKP) from inside the distributor. Unplug the sensor from the pigtail and thoroughly clean both the sensor and the inside connectors of the pigtail of all grease and dirt. Apply dielectric grease to the connectors and then reinstall the sensor. I had this issue occur after I rebuilt my engine and reassemble everything and cleaned the CKP along with the connectors. Right after, the issue disappeared.

Well, you're going to have to put on your big-boy panties and get dirty. The plug wires will have to come off of the distributor and then remove the distributor cap. I strongly suggest you download the Field Service Manual and read up on how to do it.
