Default Transmission issues

I have a 1999 Ram 1500 5.9 that the transmission jumps only at low speeds 25 or less. That said above 25 truck is pretty smooth.

For starters, is your transmission fluid levels to where they're supposed to be?

Start with the basics like others have said, check the fluid level and condition, make sure you are checking the level in Nutral with the parking brake on. Only use ATF +4 when adding.
