Yes...on the outside, near the u-joint.

You can get them here, http://www.quad4x4.com/ . But they are nothing more than dust covers. Don't really need them, most didn't even have them. Rock auto too, National part# 5778 I think.

So..the thin rubber seal/ o-ring that fits inside the wheel hub,sits against the axle shaft flange...

If this is gone, need to replace the hubs, or can I somehow replace the o=ring/seal? Or not replace it at all?

I think I know the answer, but am hoping for a miracle..

If it's missing the seal on the hub itself, you can't get that.

Just picked mine up from the shop today. Only set me back a cool thousand dollars. Could have been worse I guess. At least I don't have to worry about replacing front wheel bearings now.
