Default strange trans issue.

i am not real sure what the problem is, but i am positive it is something to do with the trans, or maybe the rear end? i was on my way home from work a little while ago, and i was cruising right about 55, and all of the sudden it seemed like o/d just slipped out, but it immidiately caught itself and drove fine the rest of the way, and another time which was about 2 weeks ago, i was riding her hard, i was in 2nd gear and all of the sudden, it just lost the gear, does it sound like a trans prob or a rear end?

Could be just the Governor switch and solenoid need replace or the TPS is going bad. Try this and see if you have any codes, https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...code-list.html

What brand did you buy (tps)? You can check it, the procedure is in the Haynes or FSM in the FAQ section.

Duralast garbage. Get one from the dealer or at least a Standard Motor Products. Check it first though.
