I've got a 2000 ram sport that I just picked up. For some reason the interior lights will only come on if the key is on and the radio resets every time you turn the truck off. I followed the wires and the only thing i've found are two wires sodered together in a some kind of a control box under the steering wheel. I took them apart but made no difference. Any suggestions?

 

Check your IOD fuse.
