3" lift springs in front 2wd

that's why nobody has seen my rack & pinion conversion. without pics isn't interesting.

I put 2" spacers on a 2wd and it was pretty easy but I had a hard time getting the spring compressor in there. To get it back together I put my jack under the control arm and wrapped a chain around the frame and hooked it to both sides of the jack and compressed the spring that way.

i guess i need to borrow my friends floor jack.. all i got is the stock one :P someone local just asked why i was doing AAL instead of blocks? he said AALs don't give you the full 2" (2" AALs)

Depends on how much your springs have sagged. They will give you close to 2" higher than what it is now at least.

If you actually plan to Off Road your truck, just get the three inch aal's..... (and they will end up giving you four inches of lift......... )

i only "offroad" MAYBE once a month. lol other than bumpy *** backroads..

I think for the price, a ProComp AAL ($40) would be a better and safer route. Plus it adds just a hair more weight capacity over stock. Rides minutely rougher, but nothing uncomfortable. I have them on mine

so i just found this guy who has a steel 2" leveling kit, he wants (EDIT)$50.... stick with the springs?
