Default Leaf Spring Help!!! PLEASE!!!!

Hello, I have a 98 Dodge Ram 2500 that I am currently doing a lift kit on. I was wondering where the rear add A Leaf should be Added? The instructions do not tell me a very much. I will add a photo of my current stock leaf springs. Can someone give me any suggestions???

i've never seen a spring pack have a spacer in the middle like that.
it makes the long springs be unsupported...
is it supposed to be that way ???

ah. the second pic shows the top section as an overload/secondary.
i was confused.
