Default wrecked the truck last nite! now fixing it

So I was driving down a road that was sort of flooded. My trucks rear tires are bald as ****. The trucks rear end suddenly slid out and I hit and embankment. No big deal no dents no scratches. But some how a tree branch punched through my grill bent my transcooler, broke my radiator, shredded the serpatine belt, broke the plastic housing off the radiator. Not major but just enough to be a pain in the ***. I drove it like 2 miles home after that so I hope I didn't do damage to the engine or anything.

Yet another story about running bald tires. Good tires are an investment. Hope no one was hurt.

Speak for yourself. There's nothing like a story about innocent bodies being dismembered and flung about.

Coulda ,shoulda woulda. The wallet is gonna hurt now a lot more than getting at least a couple used tires would have. Doesn't matter now, like you said. But the first thing I would do, would be to get a couple tires, then spend what little money there is left, to try and get it running again.

Seen enough blood and guts (usually no seat belts). Don't care to see more or hear the stories.

Same here, although its more of the heard about them, rather than seen them in my case. My wife is a RN at a local hospital. Started off in surgical trauma, now in the ICU. Lots of stories.

And people wonder why I hate motorcycles...

yeah the truck is back up and running. i pulled all the parts I needed from the junk yard yesterday and then took my truck apart and bolted all of the new stuff in. Everything is good. I forgot to take pics but I will take a couple of the broken parts and the radiator has a branch through it.
