i just bought a 99 1500 with a 5.9 and slowly working all the bugs out of it, i just figured out why my cruise is inop, i found the vacuum line disconnected at the engine side. i am unable to find any other vacuum port or any T's to plug it into. where does this sucker go?

 

There is a link to a service manual in the DIY section. Use the one for 2001 as it appears to be the same (I also have a 99).

 

should be either a port on the throttle body, or, on the passenger side of the intake, toward the bottom center.
