So I plugged it in and now the ac clutch disengages perfectly and I'm hearing some noise coming from that blower thing, when I turned it on it took a huge gulp of fluid and drained my reservoir and probably sucked some air in there. It is blowing out Luke warm but I didn't let it run till the t stat opened, is it possible to burp the heater portion of the coolant system? Or does the whole thing get burped automatically

You need to burp the system. Follow this DIY. Only addition to the DIY is to raise the passenger side front also. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...nt-system.html

Alright I let the truck Heat up but no hot air is coming out. It feels like it's on recirclulate (even though I dont have that). Both the intake and output hoses are extremely hot so it's not that. I'm going to flush my core once it cools down. Any other ideas on what it could be?

Well then maybe the blend door motor, or the lever is broke! If both hoses are hot, then it's already circulating through the heater core. Did you fix the brown hose?

I would bet on the blend door motor. Easy enough to check, just go to the heatertreater website, and have a look at their instructions. It will show you where it is, how to get it out, and what it's major malfunction is.

Alright thanks, and yes I did figure out where the brown hose goes and that turned off the ac when I move the switch (top one) I feel as if the bottom switch (blue and red) might be broken. But I'll check the heater yteatrrs wehsite

You can't see it.

Your blend door, the one that controls output air temp, is ran by a little servo motor under the heater box. Right above the passengers feet, by the trans tunnel. There is a little plastic coupler between the motor, and the blend door axle that likes to break, so, the motor runs.... but the door doesn't move. So, you get single temp output air..... for one season out of the year, that might be acceptable, but, not for the rest of the year. To see if it is indeed the problem, you need to drop that little motor, and physically inspect the coupler, to see if it is busticated.

That's what I was afraid of, wouldn't I break that coupler when I drop the motor? And can I use a stethoscope to see if it's working? If it is the blend door, will it make the bottom (red and blue switch) useless? Because mine doesn't do anything. And does black mean you're a moderator now heyou?

First of all, the red and blue switch is what controls the little motor. And second, did you read the link or go to the Heater Treater website?
