Default Burning oil

Hey Guys I got a problem!!!! I have a 96 ram 1500 with 106,000 miles. I recelntly come across this problem. I burn alot of oil and fouled out the 8 cyliner plug. when I pulleed the plug it was extremely cover in oily and crap. It does lack hourse power now. what is the problem

blown plenum gasket... look down the throttle body and see if you can see any oil pooling on the plenum (bottom of the intake) and use a flashlight and a mirror to check over by the #8 cylinder.

common problem, easy fix... https://dodgeforum.com/m_249261/tm.htm just time consuming...
