Default transfer case mount

Anyone have any good ideas about a transfer case mount or no of any aftermarket co that makes something for the 94-01 body style. about a year ago i felt a vibration on the hwy and slowed down to 50mph and about that time i heard a boom, my tail shaft completely snapped in half and transfer case dropped down onto my skid plate and the drive shaft flew out from under my truck. Almost every other truck company has some kind of mount for your tansfer case.

I bet the snap ring was busted and caused the issue. http://www.drivetrain.com/parts_cata...ase_saver.html

Thanks I will look into that. I just can't believe that there is that much weight hanging on the trail of trans with no type of support, it kinda baffles me

Should be a mount toward the back of the trans..... where the T-case bolts up.

A lot of vehicles do not have a t-case mount, the tranny is designed for the t-case to hang off of it with no support. If you made a custom mount to support the t-case you risk cracking things if it doesn't flex at the same rate the tranny and motor mounts do.
