Default new door?

Hey does any one know of a good web site where i can get a replacement driver side door. It stopped latching today, and when i looked at it the screws holding the latching mechanism in place were missing or they were there but had broken through the thin metal of the door. It looks like even if i get a new latch i dont think it would stay put in the door and still not latch.

Don't know where you are....but I would try a wrecking yard. Shipping cost on a door has to be a deal breaker!

The hinge pins are bad and that's what destroyed the latch area. WHere do you live? And is it a regular cab? (your sig pic is too small for me to tell) . Looks like regular cab from what my old eyes can see. LOL

Not trying to hijack, but I had the same issue. Cracked the door metal, and now air comes in when I drive. Getting a custom paint job next week... would love to replace it sooner than that. If anyone has one near cinci ohio, or if someone can tell me what the heck LMC is I'd appreciate it!

LMC sells alot of great parts. Its a free subscription for the magazine as well. Worth having if you own an older truck of any kind. My father bought a new wooden bed for his '60 Chev K10. Only cost him $400 +shipping.
