One of two things could be happening here.
1. You need to replace your trans fluid.
2. All the dirt that has accumulated on your trans and t-case is being picked up by the fluid.
Make sure your t-case is full of fluid. When you pull the fill bolt out of the housing, it should be just to the bottom of the hole.
I think, however, you need to replace the seal between the trans. and t-case.

Mine needs to too.

Welcome to DF!

Your transfer case could be cracked. Happened to me. OR it could be the tailshaft seal from the transfer case.

I had the Transfer case replaced under warranty. If it is just a seal, then it will cost about 500 bucks.

^Technically, since he hasn't told us where he thinks it's leaking, we can't make that assumption, can we?
Most likely it is between the trans. and t-case.
