Default Truck wont run

Ok guys here is my problem. I have a 2000 Ram 1500 with the 5.9. I replaced the transfer case and i wanted to start the truck and let it run for a little bit. I hit the key and it fired right up. I let it run for about 3 minutes then i had something i needed to do so i shut it down. When i came back and I went to start the truck and it refuses to run unless my foot is on the gas. I can hold the throttle to keep the rpms right around 1,000 but if i let off the truck just shuts off..

Im at a loss of what it could be seeing as in how the truck ran perfectly fine 20 minutes earlier... Any ideas?

Disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the PCM, try again. If it still doesn't wanna idle, clean the throttle body/iac passages. If that don't help, test the TPS, if everything is good, replace IAC motor.

You did remove the crank sensor before taking it apart right?

My guess is going to be the truck was just having a little bit of a "hissy" fit last night. After i finished the transfer case and speed sensor i got in and it fired right up with no problems. drives fine and everything
