Default No Heat!

Ok this is killing me. I have changed the water pump and know for a fact that the flow is good. I did the blend door fix and when I did it I found out the A/C did not turn off when I switched it to heat (face and feet) setting. I turned the blend door to heat and it was luke warm. Then I turned the door to a/c while the heat setting was still on and it was blowing out really cold air. A/c did not turn off. What is my next step? Please help the winter is comming!

Maybe the motor is screwed up (it is suppose to self adjust) or you didn't fix it properly? Or the heater core is clogged. Or the control switch is bad. Or you have a vacuum problem.
