Used market is going to be your best bet. Mopar discontinued them quite some time ago, and doesn't have any stock. It appears that no aftermarket company ever made them either...... Some folks have rebuilt theirs, but, those are old threads, and even then, they were talking that a fair few of the internal parts are also discontinued....... Updating to a 96-97 OBDII (kinda) system would be another option, but, that's a LOT of work....
Coming up with a replacement circuit isn't that tricky. The two signals coming from the computer are coil select and a shared firing pulse. Simple discrete logic can route the pulse to the correct coil. Any OTC coil driver can then be used to interface each coil.
