Default LIFT help!

I can't get the lower control arm cam bolt off! The nut came off and it's loose but the bolt won't budge...hit it with liquid wrench and tried hitting it with rubber mallet with no help....it seems almost as if the bolt is frozen inside the sleeve....the other side came out with no problems...that's the only thing hanging up on the front...the upper arm came right off and the replacement unit swapped with no issues....ideas?

It is frozen to the sleeve. Does it spin when you turn it, or does the bushing spin too?

When I hit it with the impact hammer, the nut came off and the bolt was solid. I was only able to spin the bolt enough to turn the cam bolt and loosened the arm, I am not even sure the bolt spun or if it unwound the sleeve in the bushing. I suspect it's frozen in the sleeve because it has nothing holding it into the sleeve with the nut off and yet it doesn't come out.

If that's the case, what can I do to free it?

Like I said, and like you suspect, it is frozen to the sleeve. If juicing it up and beating on it doesn't work, then a torch or a cut off wheel slid up between the ears to cut both sides of the bolt will work.

Zman, I am leaning towards the torch option...I hope I won't have to cut off the bolt...

Heat might work, but there will be a lot of rubber burning. And cutting the bolt is no big deal. Just get new ones. you probably should anyway.

Well, it was frozen...couldn't get the wheel between the flanges and had to resort to the hack saw! the bolt came off and it was completely frozen to the bushing sleeve. Called everywhere but I had no luck and had to order it from LMC! It only comes as a set and the @#$% thing costs $45!!! Meanwhile I installed everything else and I can't believe how tall 3" is!!! I'll post pictures when I finally get everything put in!
