Default TB cable routing question.

Hey, long time no see.

Still have my 01 1500, 10mpg and all, lol. I plan on keeping it.

I just reinstalled my TB after having removed it for it's annual cleaning and also to replace the IAC, TPS and MAF. When I reinstalled it I questioned the routing of the pedal cable and for the life of me can't remember how it was when I removed it, how it was when I bought the truck (used) or if it was ever correct to begin with.

Question: On the TB lever right after the post for the snap connector there's another post with a black plastic eccentric bushing directly in the cable's path. Is it supposed to go over the top or under the bottom of that bushing? My guess is bottom because of the design of the eccentric but I really have no idea.

So what say the experts?

Thanks!

Under the bottom, makes sure that the cable can actually pull the throttle open.
