hey guys, ive searched didnt find much. when i bought my truck it came with an auto start/passive alarm system. well it malfunctioned yesterday so i ripped it out.

my question is, is there a way to get my original keyless system working again?

the only fob that i got when i bought my truck was for the auto starter/alarm.

can i just go on ebay, and get 2 dodge keyless fobs and go from there? or do i have to go to the stealership?

any help is appreciated, hate having to use my key, kinda annoying. thanks guys!

 

I found this...sounds like the first one your gonna have to pay the stearlership. But you can program the rest yourself. I think they have to etch the vin or something...?

well i need to figure out how bad the wiring is screwed up first. gotta check my build sheet to make sure i even have it too. ill call the dealer today to check on prices. seems like my dealer is pretty cheap. cant wait to get it working again!
