318 Timing

Default 318 Timing

I think my timing is off.
Last time when checking distributor I found mounting bracket to be little loose.
So I just tighten the bolt. Now I think the timing is little off.
What should the timing be? How many degrees off from the TDC?
Can I just use regular timing light to adjust it?

No timing light. The dizzy controls injector pulse and the PCM controls ignition timing. If you think you tightened the bolt up with the distributor in pretty much the same spot, there is nothing else you can do, other than having the fuel sync reset with a capable scanner.
