high voltage at trans temp sensor???
I have a 95 club cab with the 360 magnum 4x4 with tow pkg....today while on the hwy the check engine light came on so I went to a friends shop&his wife hooked up the computer to it&I had a code for the egr&a code 37 high voltage at transmission temp sensor. Now Ive searched the site&cant seem to find much info on this.Any ideas or info on how I can fix this would be greatly appreciated.
Trans temp is monitored bu gove pressure sensor. It is a thyristor in the unit. Gotta pull the pan and it is locaet on the bottom of the valve body.
Look in DIY section for factory service manual. Best investment of your time, excellent resource.

46RH will not have a gov sensor or solenoid. 46RH will have the temp sensor located on a cooler line at the trans if you have a tow package. No tow package converter solenoid circuit. Surprised the trans lite isn't on along with O/D locked out.
